The Object of the Module 3
Is to provide the graduate student with a foundation in understanding the variety of planning considerations which are strategic at the tactical and operational levels.
The Goal of Module 3
Is for the students to have an understanding of the how planning influence the mode of transportation. Additionally awareness that economic development has less to do with one’s relationship to nature and more to one’s relationship across space.
